How long does it take for 7Tabz to respond to a support request?
Our customer service team is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (EST). Our customer support has a lot of inquiries throughout the day and will try to get to your request as soon as possible. You can expect a response within 24 hours during business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we’ll be happy to help you correct or edit your order. Please fill out our contact form with the order number you’d like changed, and we’ll get back to you right away.

What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam folder. If there’s nothing in your spam, please submit our contact form, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the status of your order.
Shipping & Returns
How is my package shipped?
Our small orders (1-5 items) will ship in all unbranded mailer bags, while large orders will come in brown cardboard boxes.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you didn’t receive your tracking number via email, please check your spam folder. If you’re unable to find your tracking code please fill out our contact form.
How long will it take to receive my order?
3-5 business days, not including Sundays and holidays. We ship using USPS First Class, and shipping varies from state to state. Once your order is shipped out, we’ll send you a tracking number via email for an exact timeline. If you do not receive your order within 10 days please fill out our contact form for assistance.
How long will it take to process my order?
Please allow us up to 1-2 business days to prepare orders for shipping.

What is 7-OH?
7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) is a small-but-mighty compound found in the Kratom plant, Mitragyna speciosa. It is considered one of the most potent alkaloids in Kratom due to its powerful affinity for binding to certain brain receptors. This makes it uniquely effective at relieving pain & enhancing mood, even in low doses.
What is Pseudo?
Mitragynine pseudoindoxyl is a compound derived from 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), one of the most common ingredients in Kratom. When combined with other alkaloids, it can strengthen Kratom’s ability to bind with receptors in the body, providing stronger, cleaner, and faster benefits.
What are Kratom alkaloids?
Alkaloids are chemical compounds found within the Mitragyna speciosa plant that produce the effects you feel when consuming Kratom products. Researchers are constantly studying and identifying new compounds, and have found over 45 different alkaloids within the Kratom plant. The three main alkaloids found in Kratom are: mitragynine, 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), and pseudoindoxyl.
How are your products made?
We use a proprietary extraction technique to refine organic Kratom and isolate the 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH). This process maximizes the benefits of the plant, while removing the alkaloids that cause stomach trouble. Check out our “Kratom, Reimagined” section for more information.
Are 7Tabz products legal?
