How long does it take for 7Tabz to respond to a support request?

Our customer service team is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (EST). Our customer support has a lot of inquiries throughout the day and will try to get to your request as soon as possible. You can expect a response within 24 hours during business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we’ll be happy to help you correct or edit your order. Please fill out our contact form above with the order number you’d like changed, and we’ll get back to you right away.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam folder. If there’s nothing in your spam, please submit our contact form above, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the status of your order.

How is my package shipped?

Our small orders (1-5 items) will ship in all unbranded mailer bags, while large orders will come in brown cardboard boxes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

3-5 business days, not including Sundays and holidays. We ship using USPS First Class, and shipping varies from state to state. Once your order is shipped out, we’ll send you a tracking number via email for an exact timeline. If you do not receive your order within 10 days please fill out our contact form above for assistance.
